Based in the always-prolific Garraf and experienced in many local bands like El Petit de Cal Eril, The Lions Constellation, Ly or Shorebreak; David Paco, Perico Massana and Sergi Marcet founded the power-trio Pacosan in 2013.
With their EP "Space's Confes" (Bankrobber, 2014) they managed to capture the attention of the underground scene with their narcotic mix of lo-fi psychedelia and electronics, ranging from Gary Numan to Animal Collective through Caribou —John Schmersal of the Canadian band made the remixes of the original themes of Space's Confes—, thus vindicating one of the most eclectic, versatile and subjective proposals of the local panorama. With their first long play, "My High" (Bankrobber, 2015) they consolidated their lysergic proposal making them win many fans by the way. A trajectory strengthened with his second work "Sour Mood" (Ondas del Espacio / La Nada Colectiva, 2017), where the band explores more electronic sounds with which they redefine their sound partially without renouncing their own essence, marked by the fusion of psychedelic sounds and dream pop that characterizes their songs.
Despite the youth of the project, in the recent years they've maintained a frenetic activity that has led them to show their energetic live regularly in concert halls —sharing tours with bands like The Dodos, Glass Animals, or the legendary Silver Apples— and festivals —Primavera Sound, FIB, End of the Road, Vida Festival, etc.—.
